Carbon fiber for absolute performance

You might have noticed that Nextboards are made of carbon fiber. Carbon fiber has some properties we couldn’t resist. First of all is its strength and extreme light weight. We reduced the total weight of the complete setup by more than 1500 grams. Additionally a waterproof housing for complete electronics and the batteries is incorporated in the deck so you not need to worry if a rain shower catches you during the ride! We produce lower and upper part of the deck separately, then we combine both parts with a special procedure to make the deck stiff and strong for high speed riding. In the trucks area we use a sandwich structure to make this part as strong as could be. All the parts are hand made one by one and special attention is paid to the top quality manufacturing process.
